Lately USPS is having issues with scanning/tracking with packages in certain regions of US, please be patience, all your packages are sent out when you receive tracking info.

Some packages arrive late some get delivered fast , it's beyond my control once USPS has the package .

If you insure your shipment , it will be covered (refund) only after USPS determines the package is in fact lost , a claim can only be filed after 20 days .
