Fraud & Payment Policy

All credit card orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Orders with non-matching addresses will be canceled and refunded, minus a 20% processing fee.

Exception: firearms shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder are not subject to the address-matching requirement.

Orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Clicking Accept at checkout confirms you have read and agree to these terms.

Any attempt to falsify information, or to commit fraud, extortion, or entrapment, will be referred to the appropriate authorities and may result in legal action.

Magazine Capacity Restrictions

Magazines exceeding state- or local-regulated capacity limits are prohibited from sale or shipment to the following jurisdictions:

• • Connecticut (CT): Over 10 rounds
• • Chicago, Illinois (IL): Over 15 rounds

• • Massachusetts (MA): Over 10 rounds

Capacity limits are subject to change and may vary by firearm type or local jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Law Enforcement Officers (LEO):

LEO exemptions may apply in certain restricted states. Please email or call with valid credentials prior to ordering to be added to our exemption list.

Important Notice:

While we make reasonable efforts to identify known restrictions, it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and possession of items sold on this website.

Most products will not be shipped to freight-forwarding addresses.

Fitment & Product Responsibility

Blue Ridge Supplies does not guarantee fitment of firearm parts or accessories. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with the manufacturer prior to purchase.

No refunds or return shipping will be provided for items that do not fit.

Professional installation by a qualified gunsmith is strongly recommended.

Anodizing and Surface Finish Variations

All anodized components are produced in accordance with standard industry anodizing practices. We cannot guarantee absolute uniformity of color or tone across individual parts, production runs, or batches. Minor variations in shade, tone, or texture should be expected and do not constitute a defect. The anodizing process may also reveal underlying surface characteristics — including machining marks, tooling marks, or minor surface imperfections — that were present prior to anodizing. These are typically more visible on darker or more reflective finishes. These cosmetic characteristics do not affect the structural integrity, performance, or functionality of the part, and are not eligible grounds for return, replacement, or refund unless otherwise specified in writing. By ordering anodized parts, the customer accepts these conditions as an inherent characteristic of the finishing process.

Returns & Refunds Policy

General Conditions

• • Non-FFL / Non-NFA items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• • All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated
• • Shipping damage or loss replacements are provided only if carrier insurance was purchased

Manufacturer Defects

Blue Ridge Supplies does not replace or exchange manufacturer-defective items. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. No exceptions.

FFL / NFA Items

All FFL (Pistols & Rifles) and NFA (Machine Guns, SBR, SBS, & Silencer) sales are final. No returns under any circumstance due to safety and regulatory requirements.

Order Cancellations

Canceled orders, pre-orders, or unshipped items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• • All HK RAL8000, RAL7008, Tan, and FDE items due to natural shade variation and cosmetic markings
• • Any item marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Factory defects for these items must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

• • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
• • Items must be unopened, unaltered, and in original packaging
• • Refunds are issued minus original shipping and a 20% restocking fee
• • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
