DUE TO FRAUD, ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS MUST HAVE MATCHING SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESSES. IF THEY ARE NOT MATCHING, THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED LESS THE 20% PROCESSING FEES. ONLY EXCEPTION WILL BE FIREARMS SHIPPED TO YOUR FFL. Orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Return & Shipping Policy:

Assumption of Shipping Liability

We ship by USPS and UPS, to Normally arrive in 1 to 7 days after the tracking number has been received. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release hkpartspro.com /Blue Ridge Supplies from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

Blue Ridge Supplies cannot verify nor guarantee the fitment of any firearm part or accessory. Please check with the manufacture prior to ordering for proper fitment. Blue Ridge Supplies will not provide refund/return shipment for firearms parts or accessories that do not fit.

• Non-FFL/NFA items that have not been worn, washed, or used, not in their original packaging may NOT be returned or exchanged. 
• Non-FFL/NFA items that have factory defects , is your responsibility to contact the manufacture for exchange or replacement under warranty , no exceptions.

• Due to safety issues, all sales on FFL/NFA items are final. There are no exceptions.

• Canceled orders/pre-orders or items not yet shipped are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card chargeback & handling.

If the Purchased item(s) is damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund, the customer may return the item(s) to Blue Ridge Supplies within 7 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item, 20% restocking fees apply.

All HK RAL8000 and 7008  or Tan/ FDE , Items are not returnable and non refundable If you do not like the color variation, once open from factory packaging , no exception unless factory defects (if defective contact the Manufacture for exchange or refund) . 

Blue Ridge Supplies will only accept products, unopened/ unaltered in original packaging and condition within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund (less shipping, & 20% restocking fee). All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Blue Ridge Supplies.

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all Firearms , accessories and special order items.

Legal status of products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Blue Ridge Supplies. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances.
