Assumption of Shipping Liability

We ship by USPS or UPS, to arrive in 1 to 7 days after the tracking number has been received. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Hkpartspro/Blue Ridge Supplies from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

All parts are shipped either USPS priority or UPS ground

Pistol's are shipped USPS priority or UPS 2nd Day Air

Rifle's are all shipped UPS ground 

I determine my shipping method on how I can get it to you fast and safely. 

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, orders are processed M-F and typically ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. During weekends, holidays and/or increase periods of demand, you may experience an increase in order processing time with delays upwards of 5-10 business days.

Magazines above certain capacities are banned in the following states: CA, CO, Chicago IL, DC, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY. 

LEO's are exempt in certain ban states to purchase Hi-Cap mags, Please email or call me  with valid credentials to be put on the exempt list

• We only ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship or process orders for any items to locales where such items are prohibited by federal, state or local laws. We do not ship or process international orders.

• Items requiring shipping to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL) will ship only after receipt of a valid license. To help avoid processing and shipping delays, please ensure that your name and order number are included with the copy of valid FFL. Please take a moment and read Purchasing Firearms Online in the FAQ section for instructions on submitting a copy of FFL as well as other important information.

• When your order ships, our shipping system will email you a tracking number to your account email address. Please be sure to check your junk email folder if you did not receive an order confirmation when you first placed your order.
